Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, The 710 Source cannot take returns on any items that have been used.
The 710 Source CAN accept returns on UNUSED items within 15 days of delivery.  
All returns must have a valid RMA number.   
Any return due to personal preference will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  Returns in exchange for The 710 Source store credit will not be charged a restocking fee.  

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The 710 Source cannot accept returns on any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Damaged Items

The 710 Source uses a proprietary packing system to ensure that 99.7% of packages arrive to our customers in the perfect condition that they left our warehouse.  If you happen to receive your order with a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim The 710 Source Customer Care Team within 4 days of the delivery of your order.

  • You must provide your order number along with 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item including packaging
  • The 710 Source will replace your damaged item at no additional cost
  • The 710 Source may request that you send back the original damaged item.  You will not be charged and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided by The 710 Source

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@the710source.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will have the option of using a prepaid shipping label provided by The 710 Source.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The 710 Source offers FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the USA on all orders.  Additionally, US customers may choose expedited shipping via USPS or UPS.  International customers qualify for free shipping on orders over $300. 

HOW LONG DOES FREE SHIPPING TAKE?

Free US Shipping orders are delivered via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  The 710 Source carefully checks each order to determine which shipping method will be quickest.  USA orders typically arrive in 2-4 days.  

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A PO BOX?

Yes!  We are able to ship to PO Boxes, just make sure to select USPS as your shipping option, or if you choose Free Shipping, just add a note to your order at checkout. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I OPEN MY BOX AND MY ITEM BREAKS DURING SHIPPING?

Each package goes through a complete pre-shipment inspection to ensure your order arrives in flawless condition.  By utilizing state of the art proprietary packaging methods, The 710 Source can ensure that your items will arrive in perfect condition, in the exact flawless condition as when it was packaged.

In the unlikely event that an item in your order is damaged or defective, The 710 Source will replace it at no cost.  Notify our Dab Master team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging.  We'll take it from there!

Don't throw away anything until you hear from a Dab Master team member.  In the event that we need the package back, we will  provide a prepaid return shipping label.
